TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

PRELIMINARY: 

This is a promotional offer  being run on www.flipkart.com Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform, which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited: 

  • By participating in this Offer, you  agree to be bound by:

  • The offer terms and conditions below

  • the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform

  • All applicable terms and conditions of the Brand

OFFER DETAILS: 

  • The Offer will commence on 28-March-2024 (02:00 PM) to 30-April-2024 (11:59 PM)

  • To participate in the Offer You must to do/ fulfill the following:

    • Age must be 18 years or above;

    • Must have a valid account on the Platform, log into the same and shop during the Offer Period;

    • As per the terms of this Offer, customers who purchase AC will be eligible for uninstallation of the same by Brand at a discounted price of Rs.Free standard uninstallation

    • The aforementioned uninstallation fee will be charged extra to Customers at the time of uninstallation by the Brand or its authorized service engineer personnel and needs to be paid directly to the authorized service engineer/personnel by You.

  • Customers who purchase the Product will be contacted by the Brand for a service visit on their registered mobile number by the Brand’s authorized service engineer to carry out the uninstallation after the Product has been delivered to the Customer. 

  • Uninstallation TAT will be 2 to 5 business days depending on the location. 

  • A stabilizer, if bought along with the Product, will be installed by the Brand along with the AC, at no extra charge. 

  • Standard uninstallation charge for Split AC is Rs.Free Inclusive of Taxes

  • Standard Uninstallation of AC Covers only Split AC:- 

    • Fixing hole sleeve & Cap

    • Fixing the Indoor and Outdoor Unit 

    • Connecting Indoor and Outdoor units using the Standard Kit provided by the Manufacturer (at an additional cost, unless specified otherwise)

    • Wrapping the pipe with seasoning tape

    • Connection to Stabilizer or Power point in the range of Power Cord Provided by Manufacturer

    • Temperature/Performance Check & Demo and Maintenance tips filling the details in the warranty card

  • The Following shall not be covered under the benefits provided under this Offer:-

    • Outdoor Unit Stand. 

    • Extra copper wire if any. 

    • Drain Pipe extension if any. 

    • Plumbing and Masonry Work. 

    • Wiring extension from Meter to site, Powerpoint/MCB fitting and any other electrical work, Carpentry work. 

    • Dismantling/Shifting of Old AC's Masonry, Core Cutting Fabrication and Electrical

  • You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart, Sellers or Brand shall not be responsible in any manner.

  • In the event any Customer cancels any order placed during the Offer, he shall not be eligible for the Offer or its related benefits. 


OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 


  • There will be a separate contract between You and Brand as per the policies of Brand in relation to the Offer Benefits and Flipkart shall not be a party to the same.

  • By availing this Offer, it is deemed that You have given Your consent to the Brand and/or its authorized affiliates to contact You through call, SMS or email for the purpose of this Offer.

  • The Offer benefit cannot be transferred, substituted or encashed.

  • This Offer is subject to availability of stocks. 

  • Flipkart does not endorse the products in relation to this Offer and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery of the Products, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the seller.

  • All statutory taxes (direct or indirect, including local levies, TDS, registration fees, Insurance) on the Offer shall be payable by you. Brand or Flipkart will not be responsible / liable for the same.

  • This Offer is subject to the prevailing laws of India. In case of Offer and / or any products, for which Foreign Exchange is required to be purchased, You will have to bear the same.

  • No other offers will be in conjunction with this Offer.

  • This Offer is valid for limited inventory and subject to availability at the time of booking.

  • Brand and Flipkart reserves the right at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate this Offer at their discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.

  • This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotion/discount of Brand or sellers.

  • You are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

  • Brand and Flipkart reserve the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.

  • Flipkart shall not be liable for any failure by Brand to provide the Offer benefits to the Customers.

  • This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority. 

  • This Offer shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts in Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Offer.

  • Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till 30-April-2024. Post such date, Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer from any persons.

  • You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart and Brand harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.

  • This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

  • This offer is not valid in Kerala.
