Once the order is delivered, choose the relevant order for Installation from the My Orders Page on the Flipkart APP |

Click on Need Help Option |

Select Installation | 
|
Details will be displayed regarding the installation, customers need to click Yes go to link for more information |

The below link will be displayed, click on Installation Pending(For example)

Select Go Back to Main Menu for further assistance
| 
|
For example: if the customer chooses Product/Accessories Damaged
| 
|
Then if the product was Damaged During Installation
| 
|
The image shown in the next column will pop up along with the TAT
|

If there is no further information required, customers can share the feedback and close the chat Or Go to Main Menu for any other assistance
