Steps to be followed

Once the order is delivered, choose the relevant order for Installation from the My Orders Page on the Flipkart APP

Click on Need Help Option

Select Installation

Details will be displayed regarding the installation, customers need to click Yes go to link for more information

The below link will be displayed, click on Installation Pending(For example)


Select Go Back to Main Menu for further assistance


For example: if the customer chooses Product/Accessories Damaged


Then if the product was Damaged During Installation


The image shown in the next column will pop up along with the TAT




  • If there is no further information required, customers can share the feedback and close the chat

  • Or Go to Main Menu for any other assistance
