Once the order is delivered, choose the relevant order for Installation from the My Orders Page on the Flipkart APP

Click on Need Help Option

Select Installation

Details will be displayed regarding the installation, customers need to click Yes go to link for more information


The below link will be displayed, click on Installation Pending

Orders with pending services will be displayed

Once you select the product the below image will open

  • Customers need to select the VOC (For example: Installation Status)

  • The below message will appear


  • If there is no further information required, customers can share the feedback and close the chat or, 

  • Go to Main Menu for any other assistance



If customers feel inclined, they can share their ratings
