Brief: Introducing CHATBOT, a new Chat Assistance feature made available on the website and App for customers through SMS (Flipkart APP link will be share to customer from where it will be redirected to chatbot) once the order is delivered. With this feature, customers can connect to an expert to understand the details regarding the installation of the product.

Link of the chatbot will be shared with the customer through an SMS(Flipkart APP link will be share to customer from where it will be redirected to chatbot) once the order is delivered. (Once the installation ticket are also for the product, customer will receive a link)
