NOT_APPLICABLE

Installation call was scheduled on any future date, but has been prepulled to a new date, example it was scheduled on 5th sep initially but now it will be done on 3rd sep

SITE_NOT_READY

Installation site was not ready hence installation pending

CUSTOMER_RESCHEDULE

Installation rescheduled by customer- Updated by technician

TECHNICIAN_RESCHEDULE

Installation rescheduled by technician, because of some operational issues, agents should see remarks updated by technician here to understand exact reason if mentioned

PRODUCT_NOT_DELIVERED

Installation not done, as product not delivered where customer needs installation
